Certified Training Evidence-Based

Built by Athletes, For Athletes

We started Finofo Fit after too many trips to the physical therapist taught us that most CrossFit injuries aren't inevitable. They're preventable. And honestly? That discovery changed everything about how we approach training.

What Drives Us Forward

Back in February 2024, our founder spent three months recovering from a shoulder injury that could've been avoided with proper form coaching. That frustrating rehab period became the seed for what we do now.

We're not here to scare people away from CrossFit. We love the sport. But we've seen firsthand how one bad rep can sideline someone for months. Our mission is simple—help athletes understand their bodies, respect their limits, and build strength that lasts decades, not just weeks.

Every program we create, every technique we teach, comes from real experience in the box. We've made the mistakes so you don't have to.

The Principles That Guide Everything

Movement Quality First

Speed and weight come after proper form. We'd rather see you do five perfect reps than twenty sloppy ones. Your joints will thank you in twenty years.

Education Over Ego

Understanding why a movement works matters more than just doing it. We break down the biomechanics so you can make smarter choices during every workout.

Community Support

Training safer works better when everyone's on the same page. We build environments where asking for a form check is celebrated, not embarrassing.

How We Got Here

Three years ago, our team was just a group of CrossFit enthusiasts who kept running into the same problem. Everyone we trained with had some nagging injury—wrist pain during front squats, lower back issues after deadlifts, shoulder problems with overhead work.

The common response was usually "just push through it" or "take some ibuprofen." But that never sat right with us. So we started studying movement science, talking to physical therapists, and filming our own workouts to spot the patterns.

What we discovered was that most injuries came from small technique flaws that compounded over time. A slightly collapsed knee here, too much wrist extension there—these tiny mistakes add up fast when you're doing high-rep workouts.

By late 2025, we'd helped over 200 local athletes modify their training approach. The feedback was clear—people wanted this kind of guidance before getting hurt, not just during recovery.
